We specialise in Meat, Game, Poultry and Exotic Game our fabulous quality products are available from our butchers in Mill Hill London.  Here you will find the best quality Organic meat delivered direct to your door via overnight courier in sealed temperature containers.

Our master butchers, with more than 80 years experience between them, ensure that NO "SUB STANDARD" meat passes through our hands. We are also inspected at unannounced intervals by the Soil Association.

We make our Traditional Organic Sausages onsite, using only the highest quality meat. Our sausage meat content is 80% and our sausage meat is pure, so a beef sausage is pure beef!  Other homemade produce includes beef biltong, droewors, borewors, pork scratchings, salami, gammons and salt beef.
